The Company was established as a result of the consolidation of Koncern Energetyczny ENERGA and Zespół Elektrowni Ostrołęka. In May 2007, the Minister of Treasury increased the capital of ENERGA SA registered in January this year by investing 85% of their shares in Koncern Energetyczny ENERGA and Zespół Elektrowni Ostrołęka. The initial capital of ENERGA SA was increased to 4.968.805.368,00PLN.
The consolidated company is managed by Mirosław Bieliński, President of ENERGA SA Board of Directors.
Status on energy market
Under one brand name, ENERGA SA integrates offers of companies engaged in production, distribution and sale of electric power and heating energy. ENERGA-OPERATOR SA is engaged in the distribution of electric energy in northern and central Poland covering the area of 75,000km². The Company uses and maintains the efficiency and reliability of over 162,000km of power lines. It supplies electric energy to 2.8m households and over 300,000 companies, which constitutes the Company 17% share in the market of electric power distribution. Through its subsidiary company ENERGA-OBRÓT SA, Energa Group conducts business activities on both retail and wholesale market. Business operations are also conducted outside Poland.
The Company participates in foreign electric power fair – German EEX and Scandinavian NORD POOL.
In the production sector, ENERGA Group is the country leader in the production of renewable energy which results from clever combination of natural competitive advantage (ENERGA Group operates 45 water power plants) and close cooperation with other renewable energy producers.

An economist with 20 years of experience in consulting and management.
Upon completion of his studies (the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Production Economics), he worked as a construction worker and, later, he was employed in financial and accounting departments of several companies located in the Tri City. In 1989 he joined DORADCA, one of the most renowned Polish consulting companies. He started his works as a junior consultant and later became a partner, member of the Management Board and co-owner. He was responsible for large consulting projects, which required creating large teams and precise realisation of targets set. Starting from 2002 he searched for interim management projects combining consulting and management. Consequently, he established TPS Sp. z o.o., in which he realised several projects before taking the position of the President of the Management Board of ENERGA SA.
He is 46 years old, married, with two daughters. Hobbies: skiing and gardening.
A graduate of Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk and Faculty of Finance of Strathclyde University in Great Britain.
He is an experiences specialist in capital investments and financial liquidity management. He served as a member of management boards in Dexia Kommunalkredit Polska S.A. and Bank Komunalny S.A (Nordea Bank Polska).
Previously, he was a research worker in the Institute of Market Economy Research in Gdańsk, where he dealt with analyses of effectiveness changes in the period following business ownership transformations.
Economist with 13-years of experience in accounting and finance management. Since 2001, a member of ACCA.
After graduating from Gdańsk University, Faculty of Management, sheFrom 1997 to 2004, she continued her professional career in the Audit Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, first as an assistant and finally as a manager. She was responsible for e.g. auditing financial statements and consulting services for capital groups in the media and new technologies sector. Working in 2004-2008 for VECTRA Group, the second biggest supplier of cable television, Internet and telephone services in Poland and acting as the Chief Accountant of VECTRA SA Capital Group and a Member of VECTRA Inwestycje SA Management Board, she participated in various restructuring projects and takeovers of other cable television operators. From 2008, in ENERGA she is responsible for the consolidation of financial statements, controlling and finance management. In 2010, she successfully finished the project on acquiring long-term funding from the International Finance Institutions of the investment in building and modernizing the distribution network.

A graduate of Faculty of Logistics and Transport of the University of Gdańsk and two-year postgraduate studies in management organised by the Manager Education Fund of Gdańsk.
He gained his experience in the cable industry starting his work as a mechanic. Later he became a Technical Manager and Technology and Production Director responsible for maintenance and production of cables in the plant owned by Grupa Elektrim Kable. He was also responsible for implementation and maintenance of environment and quality management systems according to ISO.
Starting from 2002, he was responsible for the network investment area and purchases in Gdańska Kompania Energetyczna ENERGA, and, upon consolidation of the Group of power engineering companies referred to as G8, he was responsible for management of all investment projects and awarding of orders in Koncern Energetyczny ENERGA. Since establishment of ENERGA in 2007, he has been responsible for the company’s investment and development. During his 8 years of work in the power engineering sector, he dealt with realisation of investment projects and complementary tasks relating to the sector. He has long-year experience in management of teams, projects and investment programs.
He is 43 years old, married, with two children. Hobbies – Labrador Retrievers, single-family house construction and garden arrangement.
Economist of 12-years of experience in human resources management.
After graduating from Gdańsk University, Faculty of Organization and Management, he worked in customer service department and then in the sales department. In 1998, he started working in Cloetta - Fazer Polska, a branch of international concern Cloetta Fazer operating on FMCG market. He worked there as an assistant and finally as a manager in human resources management. He was responsible for the development of HR and implementation of changes in business approach starting from administrative to business partnership level. From 2007, employed in Grupa Kapitałowa ENERGA.
Age 40, married, a son. Hobby: skiing, rollerblading and water sports.
