The biggest company within ENERGA Group and also one of the largest distributing companies in Poland. It supplies electric energy to nearly 2.5m households and 300,000 companies, in total over 20 TWh of energy annually. He Company has eight subsidiaries: in Elbląg, Gdańsk, Kalisz, Koszalin, Olsztyn, Płock, Słupsk and Toruń, with territorially indicated 41 network energy areas.
The Company is the operator of distributing system (OSD) covering the area of 74 717 km² within the following provinces: zachodniopomorskie, pomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, warmińsko-mazurskie, mazowieckie and wielkopolskie.
The Company focuses mainly on managing the distribution system, namely infrastructure and transmission services, and administering the market in such a way so that the receivers would have the right to choose the electric energy supplier.
The Company invests in network infrastructure promoting innovative solutions and the latest technologies. It monitors the strategic and operational development plans of gminas covered by the Company electric energy infrastructure. In the regions where it is required on account of business activity and dynamic development of the dispersed power industry, the Company invests in the development and modernization of low and medium voltage network.
Energa - Operator SA maintains the total efficiency of network assets including 162 802 km overhead and cable power lines, in particular:
ENERGA-OPERATOR SA offers modern measurement and accounting and telecommunication systems to settle the energy sold and purchased by particular receivers on the market.
The Company monitors and performs readings from measurement systems recording the transmission of energy in particular points of electrical power system and provides the electric power sellers with the collected data. It has a possibility to render services as a measurement operator for other entities consisting in collecting and transferring the measurement data.
ENERGA-OPERATOR SA provides their receivers and producers connected to their distribution system with technical solutions related to freely concluded contracts on the sale of electric power.
ENERGA-OPERATOR SA has 14 subsidiaries which offer various services, including e.g.: energy and power engineering, transport services, lightning services, meters and measurement instruments. Corporation rights resulting from the shares in subsidiaries of ENERGA-OPERATOR are exercised by ENERGA SA.

He is an economist and graduate of the University of Gdańsk.
In the years 1991-1998 he worked as a Manager of Financial Analysis Department and, later, as a Managing Director of Doradca Consultants, where he dealt mainly with supporting enterprises in realisation of investment and restructuring projects. Later, he served as a member of the management board of a Polish company dealing with distribution of pharmaceuticals. In the years 2003 - 2008 he worked in UTi Worldwide (a global logistic company), in which he was responsible for preparation and realisation of investment projects in Europe. From December 2008 until the end of October 2011, was a member of the board ENERGA-OPERATOR.
He is married, with three daughters. In leisure time he plays tennis, rides a bike and spends time with his family.
He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk and a specialist in management of complex and multi-level structures of regional companies and creation of enterprise strategy.
He worked for Ergo-Hestia, one of the largest insurance companies for several years. Later, being a partner in a private consulting company, he realised consulting projects mainly relating to enterprise development. Among others, he cooperated with Lotos Serwis (a company responsible for such activities as, among others, maintenance and renovations in LOTOS), where he participated in creation of the corporate strategy development. In the years 2004 - 2008 he was responsible for strategic analyses of markets with respect to realisation of investment projects of the international corporation in selected European countries (such as Germany, Greece, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria and Poland).
Since 2008 he has served as a Vice-President and Managing Director in ENERGA-OPERATOR SA.
He is married, with two sons. Hobbies: history, international problems.
He is a specialist in management and personnel management. As an experienced consultant, he realised consulting projects and interim management projects for numerous Polish and foreign companies. He was a Director of Training and Consulting Department of IPK (one of the oldest companies in Poland dealing with personnel consulting). He was also in charge of the personnel department of Grupa Vectra, one of the largest cable TV companies in Poland.
He is married and has one son. In his leisure time he reads books and goes to rock concerts.
