The Company was established in 2001 and at the beginning its business activities covered the region of Płock. Today, the Company employs over 1100 employees providing services for 2.5m customers from the area of over 75,000km². The Company offers its recognized competence in customer service and its advantage lies undoubtedly in the qualified staff who guarantees the correctness of implemented changes and the highest standards of services rendered for the customers.
The main objective of the Company is to guarantee the satisfactory level of service and to build long-lasting relations with customers in all segments of electric energy market. In order to attain the said objective, ENERGA Obsługa i Sprzedaż sp. z o.o. implemented ambitious plan providing for the simplification of procedures related to the process of customer service and the development of modern communication methods making it possible for customers to deal with various issues from home.
For the said purpose the Company has been implementing the Integrated Management System and takes part in conducting coherent policy of ENERGA Group. By setting up real quality objectives and by monitoring the efficiency of the applied protection measures, the Company can obtain stable competitive advantage on its market.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk and Postgraduate Managerial Studies in GFKM. He completed a number of managerial courses on leadership and consulting both in Poland and abroad. He has dealt with managements of enterprises or their parts for years.
He has almost 14 years’ experience in team leadership, including management of sales in 25 filling stations of Statoil Polska Sp. z.o.o, sale and service organisation of 900 people (as a Regional Director) and 3500 people as a Sales Operating Director Telekomunikacja Polska SA. He has extensive experience in creation of sales network, implementation of sale standards and customer service.
He created a lot of company strategies both in the Polish and international markets. As a Director for International Operations in Young Digital Planet SA he was in charge of the sale and customer service area in almost 32 countries of the world.
He was successful in operating management of the Sales Department of TP Mass Market during rebranding of Idea to Orange.
He is 43 years. Privately, he is a lover of history, politics and automobiles. Hobbies: diving, judo, skiing, travelling.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Technical University of Szczecin. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Marketing and Service Management of the Technical University of Szczecin and he completed a lot of specialist training and courses for executive managers.
He has 11 years’ experience in management of organisations as regards quality of service and sales to the Mass Market and Business Market. He has vocational experience in construction and management of multi-channel business sale structure.
He served in all career levels – starting from a Manager of the Customer Service Department, Area and Regional Director to Commercial Director for Eastern and Central Europe in Plast Team, a Danish company. He as effective in management of dynamically developing companies employing over 500 people. He participated actively in preparation of effective and innovative strategies of sales and customer service and implemented standards in the managed organisations.
He is 37 years old. Hobbies: motor water sports and capital market. Privately, a golf lover.
