The Company trades in electric power on the national and international wholesale market and sells electric energy to individual and business customers within the area where ENERGA Group is the owner of energy infrastructure.
The Company was established in May 2007 and in June 2009 it took over, together with the personnel, a part of ENERGA Trading SA. The Company is experienced in risk management related to assessing the needs of ENERGA Group customers for electric energy. It has been a stable and reliable partner who on behalf of the customer cares for their business and maintains long-term and partnership relations.
ENERGA-Obrót focuses their business activities not only on building loyalty among the previous customers but also acquiring new commercial customers from the areas not covered by ENERGA Group operations, who after 1 July 2007 can choose freely the energy seller. The Company represents ENERGA Group in contracts and cooperation with local renewable energy producers. It is engaged in the sale of energy products, e.g. property rights (so-called green, red and yellow certificates) and rights to emit CO2. ENERGA-Obrót SA participates in foreign electric power fair – German EEX and Scandinavian NORD POOL.
In their operational activity the Company focuses on implementing new products, making its business activities transparent and its offer understandable for current and potential customers. The advantage of the Company lies in the knowledge of the market and experience in the sale of electric energy combined with the capital and strong brand.

He is a graduate of the Electrical Faculty of the Technical Univeristy of Gdańsk and postgraduate studies (including, international MBA studies) in management.
He started in career in 1984 as a trainee and gradually became a senior constructor assistant. He has been with ENERGA since 1992, where he started as a Specialist for Technical Service of Customers and later became a Manager of Electrical Energy Trading Department and a President of the Management Board „little Energa ". After 2005 he took the position of a Vice-President for Trading in the newly-established corporation. For two years (2006-2008) he worked in the Department of Emission, Fuel and Energy Trading of BOT Mining and Power Engineering as a deputy director and upon consolidation of Grupa PGE, he became a Director for Trading in PGE-ELECTRA. Since the end of February 2008 until the end of October 2011, he was a President of the Management Board and General Director of ENERGA-OPERATOR SA.
In 2003 he was awarded with a honorary medal for "Distinguished Workers of the Power Engineering Sector " granted by the Minister of Economy.
He participated actively in establishment of Północne Konsorcjum Energetyczne i Towarow Giełda Energii SA in Warsaw. He worked in new regulation teams at PTPiREE, in which is he been a member since 1998. Presently, he is a Vice-President of the Management Board of PTPiREE.
He is married, with three daughters. Hobbies: history, history of the Second Polish Republic, family tourism.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. He is a Doctor of Economic Sciences. He is also a graduate of „Advanced Management” program in (AMP) IESE Business School (University of Navarre).
In Grupa ENERGA he was responsible for implementation of new products, strategy of development of sale channels and corporate communications in Grupy Energa
He worked in DELL Polska as a Marketing Director. Previously, he managed sales and marketing processes in telecommunications companies: in the years 2004-2007 he worked in Telekomunikacja Polska SA as a Director of Operating Management Department and Director of Sale Channel Management Department and in the years 1998-2004 he worked in Netia Telekom SA as a Director of the Southern District.
He is married, with two daughters. Hobbies: sailing (captain of yacht), diving and riding a bike.
A Graduate of the Faculty of Automatics and Electrical Technology at the Technical University of Gdańsk. He started to work in the power engineering sector upon graduation from his studies.
Since July 2007 he has worked for ENERGA - OBRÓT SA, first as a Director of Sales and Marketing Department and later, since 27 Match 2008, as a Vice-President of the Management Board.
Previously, for two years, he was a Manager of Key Account Service Department in the Customer Service Department of Koncern Energetyczny ENERGA SA.
He deepened his knowledge in postgraduate studies in the College of Enterprise Sciences, power engineering development and market management in the Warsaw School of Economics. He graduated from postgraduate studies in the School of Managers at the Institute of Organisation and management of the University of Gdańsk. He has a license for sitting on supervisory boards of State Treasury companies and, presently, he is a pre-graduate of MBA studies organised by the Manager Education Fund of Gdańsk.
He is married to Iwona and has two sons.
